Yomi as he is generally called is a dentist by profession, qualified from College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Nigeria and worked as a Registrar at Lagos University Teaching Hospital Idi-Arabia, Lagos, Nigeria.

He emigrated to the United Kingdom in 1990 where he worked in several Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery units.

His particular interest is in surgical dentistry and implantology which he trains and helps his fellow dentists in. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and responsible for staff mentoring within the group.

He started by operating chartered flights between London Gatwick Airport in the United Kingdom and Douala in Cameroon in 2005.

In the following year, he together with his partner in Cameroon applied and received the Air Operator Certificate in Cameroon after several rigorous steps. The operation in Cameroon was limited to domestic and charter flights especially to the mining areas of Cameroon and Chad.

He later expanded his operation into Sierra Leone, Liberia, Guinea, Gambia and Senegal in 2008. He operated both domestic and regional flights between these West African countries. His aircrafts were also involved in charter flights especially for the mining companies.

Education:

Yomi graduated from College of Medicine, University of Lagos in 1985, with Bachelor of Dental Surgery and later proceeded to the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland where he received his Fellowship in Surgical Dentistry.

He is married with three children.

Shoyele is a graduate of the University of Ibadan with a B.Sc degree in Political Science and MBA Marketing from the University of Lagos. Shoyele who is a former Director General of Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), is a Corporate Generalist with over 30 years of cross-functional leadership skills in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector, Broadcasting, Banking and Construction, Chemical and Allied products and Not for Profit Organization.

A well-respected people manager, Team Builder/Leader and team player with strong passion for team development, as a major anchor to sustainable business growth. A strategic initiative developer with a critical mind that is applied to leveraging uncommon market and business insight in the development of business management models directed at driving businesses for sustainable profitable growth.

Accomplishments:

She has led business turn-around initiatives in the past 30 years in the following capacities, in a Chemical and Allied Company and a world class FMCG Company amongst others. All the companies are Publicly Quoted in the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Her vision is to deploy learning as a tool for engaging individuals, teams and business organizations in some never-ending improvement programs for fulfilling their potentials whilst achieving set goals in a highly growth-promoting and conducive environment.

Education and Certifications:

Shoyele is an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School, Management Development Programme. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Marketing UK and Chartered Institute of Certified Sales Personnel, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Mediators and Conciliators amongst others.

Mr. Paul C. Okafor is the Chief Executive Officer of Westfield Insurance Brokers Ltd. He is a Chartered Insurer with over twenty years experience in general Insurance underwriting and business development.
